By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any future updates. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Products and Services
Cola Hemp Co. offers hemp-derived products that comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. All products are sourced from licensed producers and are tested by third-party laboratories to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request. However, our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before using our products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

5. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
6. Shipping and Returns
Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States where hemp products are legal. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.
Returns: Returns are accepted for unopened, undamaged products within 100 days of delivery. Contact us at sales@colahempco.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. All sales are final on opened products or after the 100-day period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Cola Hemp Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Purchase at your Own Discretion and Please Follow Local Laws. We advise to check laws before ordering THCa. All products are Federal Farm Bill Compliant and contain less than 0.3% THC.
