1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
- Verification Process: Due to the nature of our products, we require additional verification (e.g., age verification or proof of address) to comply with local and federal regulations. This may slightly delay processing, but in most cases, verification is instant. You will be notified via email if additional information is required.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a Shipping date.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days (continental U.S. only)
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States due to legal restrictions on THCa and cannabis-related products.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping: $4.20 flat rate (free on orders over $99)
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Age Restriction: Due to the nature of our products, all customers must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon checkout or delivery.
- Legal Compliance: We only ship to states and regions where THCa and hemp-derived products are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchase complies with local laws. Orders to restricted states will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email as well as being updated in your order details on the website. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team at sales@colahempco.com .
6. Delivery Requirements
- Signature “usually” Not Required: Most orders will ship with no signature required, some larger orders may require a signature, but we will contact you before shipping if that is the case. The recipient must be 21+ and may need to present a valid ID.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Returns and Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at sales@colahempco.com as long as the order has not already shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
- Returns: Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returning products. Note that due to the nature of our products, some items may not be eligible for return.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we currently only ship within the U.S., customs duties and taxes do not apply. However, you may be responsible for any state or local taxes applicable to your purchase, which will be calculated at checkout.
